About Phyllis Parker

Phyllis has spent most of her life in Shasta County and became a Realtor® in 1991 after leaving a 20-year career in management with a well-known communications company. Coming from a corporation with high standards with regards to customer service, Phyllis understands the importance of giving her customers good service and prides herself in satisfying the real estate needs of her buyers and sellers.

Her first 10 years in real estate started with a franchise company where she attended many training classes and seminars. In 2001, she joined the Banner Real Estate team as a partner and looks forward to many more successful years in real estate. Working with an experienced and professional team has made her time at Banner Real Estate most enjoyable.
